CLEAN-UP PROGRAM, Compost giveaway, and Tire Recylcing
The City of Hawaiian Gardens will once again be offering free use of trash bins for residents to dispose of unwanted trash, furniture, appliances, and general household debris. Bins will also be provided for green waste.
ALL DISPOSAL SERVICES ARE FREE!
WHEN: Saturday, June 27, 2026
WHERE: On Civic Center Drive (between Pioneer and Juan Ave.)
Reminder: DO NOT park on these streets during the cleanup. Cars left on the street will be cited and towed at the owner’s expense.
TIME: 7:00am to 1:00pm (or until the bins are full)
Proof of Current City Residency is Required: ID
Sorry- No Commercial or Hazardous waste will be accepted.
(Examples of hazardous waste include: Paint, Oil, Gasoline, Tires, and Chemicals)
Can't make it to this event but have large items such as furniture, mattresses, or a couch to discard?
