• Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hawaiian Gardens will conduct a Public Hearing to adopt a Resolution pertaining to the item listed below:

  PUBLIC HEARING   FY 2026-2027 LLAD No. HG-LLA1:

  The City of Hawaiian Gardens City Council will hold a public hearing to adopt a Resolution ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments within the City of Hawaiian Gardens Consolidated Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District (LLAD) No. HG-LLA1 for Fiscal Year 2026-2027   The Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 provides for the levy and collection of assessments by the City of Hawaiian Gardens to fund public improvements, maintenance, and servicing landscaping and lighting for the District.

   

  INVITATION TO BE HEARD

  Those persons desiring to testify in favor of or in opposition to the proposal listed above will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. If you challenge the subject application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence submitted to the City Council at, or prior to the public hearing.
