The City of Hawaiian Gardens is seeking the services of a consultant to provideCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration services. The City ofHawaiian Gardens participates in the Los Angeles County CDBG Program. As such, theCity receives its annual allocation of CDBG funds through the Los Angeles CountyDevelopment Authority (LACDA). CDBG funds have been used for a variety of activitiesincluding street improvement and other public facilities improvements.
